Songs written over the last year or so that I never thought I would release. This collection is deeply personal. I recorded it all in one long live take, using the microphone on my laptop, and minimal mixing, so it's pretty lofi.
But it's raw and real and that's all I care about.

Usually, the songs I write have some kind of political value, or are some kind of social commentary. Well, this is a break from that. Instead, this album looks inwards. Some of these songs are quite literally journal entries, meant only to be sung in the moment for myself. But I felt like doing something to step out of my comfort zone, so I'm releasing them into the wild.
I have dozens of songs like this that have piled up over the years but I didn't fancy digging that far back.

Please listen with only gentle judgement.
